This zone runs from around 4 kilometers north west of Hua Hin town center up to the border with Petchaburi province. It goes as far west as we know however only the hills are shown on this map, all developments further west are listed below.

A little further out of Hua Hin which is on average 15 minutes away by car, your own transport is essential for living and getting around in this zone. Due to cheaper land prices there are a lot of developments here, most of them are located in the Smor Prong sub district. These large expanses of land are also prime locations for golf courses and park developments. Black Mountain golf course has only recently been completed here and now offers some great course view properties.
